Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service within 48 hours via email or the Vagaro app. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service start date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after the scheduled service date. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Monica Montemayor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the service. Monica Montemayor reserves the right to cancel or terminate services if a customer violates the terms and conditions outlined in the service agreement. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the cancellation request providing I can fill your time slot with a service equal or greater to the cancellation.
